Securing an appeal against a multi-billion first instance award by dividing it by eight before the Geneva courts
Providing strategy advice over a four-year period to a family involved in a multi-billion divorce dispute before Monaco courts which has become an inheritance dispute with ancillary proceedings in Switzerland, UK, Panama and several other jurisdictions
Providing strategy advice in relation to a multi-billion family dispute before Monaco courts raising issues of Swiss inheritance law
Acting as a lead counsel to the heirs of one of the victims of Patrice Lescaudron fraud against CreditSuisse in Switzerland
Acting as counsel to Beshay Steel group, the largest privately owned steel producer in Egypt and the Middle East, against a Swiss company in ICC arbitration proceedings with the seat in Geneva
Acting as counsel for a Monaco-based defendant in a construction arbitration initiated by a Turkish company under the Swiss Rules with the seat in Geneva, including representation in the appeal proceedings before the Swiss Federal Court
Acting as counsel for a Cypriot company in a commercial arbitration against another Cypriot company under the ICC Rules with the seat in Zurich, including representation in the appeal proceedings before the Swiss Federal Court
Acting as counsel for a family-owned Iraqi company in the ICC arbitration proceedings with the seat in Geneva relating to a US-army non-military support procurement contract and securing a settlement
Before starting her counsel work, Tetiana acted as a secretary to numerous arbitral tribunals chaired by Prof. Pierre Tercier, Dr. Laurent Levy and Prof. Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler under ICC Rules, LCIA Rules, SCC Rules and UNCITRAL Rules. She continues to appear as a sole arbitrator, as a co-arbitrator and as a legal expert including in commercial and sports arbitration disputes under the ICC Rules, the Swiss Rules, the UNCITRAL Rules, the TAS-CAS and the Rules of ICAC-MKAS (Ukraine).
Tetiana holds a PhD in law summa cum laude from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and has taught company law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Geneva for over two years. She has published extensively in the leading Swiss and international legal journals in the field of arbitration, company and bankruptcy law and banking law.
Tetiana is an avocat admitted to practice in Switzerland since 2007 and is a Registered European Lawyer (REL) regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) since 2019. She holds a PhD (2007) and a licence en droit from the University of Fribourg and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge. Her CV can be found here.
